Next Sunday, September 17, being Constitution Day, designated and set apart for commemoration of the great document which is the organic law and foundation of our glorious Republic, we earnestly desire that bishops and presidents of stakes arrange to have the speakers of their respective services on that day address themselves to the Constitution, its history, meaning and importance.
